Where can I get service and support in NZ?
We have Service Centres in Auckland and Christchurch that offer servicing, calibration and repair of GeoMax technology and all brands of equipment.

How quickly will I get my order?
Typically 1 – 3 working days from receipt of payment – (allow an extra day for Rural Delivery). Products are delivered by courier and a signature is required on delivery.
If you need it faster, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
How much is shipping?
The cost of shipping is FREE for online orders. We dispatch orders from either Auckland or Christchurch.
Can I open an account?
Yes we offer account facilities to credit approved companies, please contact us for more info.
Do your products arrive ready to use?
Yes, prior to dispatch, all laser instruments undergo a calibration test for accuracy and a dated calibration sticker is placed on the unit. All products are supplied with the correct batteries and a shock watch is fitted.
What is a shockwatch?
A shockwatch is a small glass vial attached to the casing of the instrument. The vial changes to red upon serious impact, indicating that the instrument should be checked and re-calibrated before further use. All products are supplied with the correct batteries and a shock watch is fitted prior to dispatch.
What payment methods are available?
Order and pay online securely with Visa or Mastercard. If you prefer to pay by direct-credit, please contact us
Orders are dispatched the same day payment is received.

Yes, we hire just about everything we sell. See our Hire page for more details and pricing.
Do your online prices include GST?
All prices displayed on this website is inclusive of GST. A GST invoice will be issued for all purchases. All prices quoted on this site are in New Zealand dollars.
What warranty applies?
BuildMax products are covered by return-to-base warranties of varying lengths. The minimum warranty period will be 1 year. GeoMax Pipe Lasers and GeoMax Zone Rotating Lasers carry a 5 year warranty. Leica Disto carry a 1 year warranty that can be extended to 3 years with online registration with the manufacturer.
What software will I need?
Many of our products, such as construction lasers, require no software to be operated. GeoMax Total Stations & GNSS systems are supplied complete with user-friendly onboard software and we offer FREE training for you and your team so you can get the most out of the equipment’s functions.
